Expert workshop: Join the Biodiversity Knowledge Hub - the gateway to better linked biological data

The aim of the workshop is to outreach to new Research Infrastructures (RIs) outside BiCIKL, and show the benefits of joining the Biodiversity Knowledge Hub and initiate new data linkages with them.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Showcase BiCIKL's end goal of building a European community of biodiversity related infrastructure's to provide linked, and seamless access to different data classes (e.g. Literature, specimens, genetic sequences, taxonomic, etc). 
  • Showcase how Research Infrastructures (RIs) can be linked through the BKH and why it is beneficial to them. 
  • To inform the RIs of the current progress of work, gaps, challenges and potential areas for collaboration.
